Duration of Stay
The client signing this contract for a specified duration shall not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the agreed term.
Payment
Reservation
The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner a confirmation of the booking by email, phone, or mail, along with a valid credit card number with an expiration date or a deposit of 30% of the total amount stipulated on the reservation contract (in this case, a signed copy of the contract must be returned to us before the specified date). Prices include all taxes except the tourist tax.
For online reservations via Elloha, the client must provide a valid credit card number with an expiration date.
Our cancellation conditions below apply in the same way, and a deposit of 30% may be charged before the stay or upon arrival (at the owner’s discretion).
Balance
The balance of the rental fee is to be paid upon arrival. Additional consumptions and services not mentioned in this contract are to be settled at the end of the stay with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified by registered letter or email to the owner.
By the tenant to the owner:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is returned to the tenant.
- If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 7 days before the start of the stay, the 30% deposit is retained by the owner.
- If the cancellation occurs between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the stay, a deposit of 50% is due to the owner.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the 50% deposit is retained by the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the accommodation price.
- If the client does not show up before 7 PM on the scheduled arrival day, this contract becomes void, and the owner may reallocate the rooms. The deposit is retained by the owner, and the balance of the accommodation price must be paid in full.
- In case of an abbreviated stay, the full cost of the accommodation remains payable to the owner. Additional unconsumed services will be refunded.
By the owner to the tenant:
If the owner cancels the stay, they must inform the client by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or email. The client will be reimbursed immediately for any amounts paid without prejudice to any claims for damages. In the context of the Coronavirus epidemic, in case of travel restrictions or confinement, the deposit will be refunded if the client cannot travel.
Arrival
The client must arrive on the precise day and time mentioned in this contract. In case of late arrival, the client must inform the owner.
Premises
The client must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the intended purpose of the premises. The client agrees to leave the rooms in good condition. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of the rental contract.
Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds the capacity indicated in the description, the owner can refuse the additional clients. This refusal cannot be considered a modification or termination of the contract initiated by the owner, so if a number of clients greater than those refused leave, no refund can be considered.
Animals
Animals are not accepted by the owner. On request and for small, clean, and leashed dogs, an exception may be made. If this clause is not respected, the owner can refuse the animals. Internet
La Villa Mane Lann disclaims all responsibility for the use of the Internet network provided.
All rooms and common areas are non-smoking.
Pool
The pool and jacuzzi are accessible from 9 AM to 8 PM. Children under 16 must be accompanied by their parents and are under their responsibility. La Villa Mane Lann disclaims all responsibility in case of non-compliance with safety instructions.
The pool is heated from May to the end of September.
